Yulia Rovnova is a capital markets professional with experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, specializing in corporate, sovereign, and financial institution financing. She has worked extensively on complex cross-border debt transactions across investment-grade and high-yield markets.

She spent five years at Deutsche Bank in London, where she worked in the CEEMEA Bond Origination team within Debt Capital Markets. In this role, Yulia contributed to the origination and execution of over 55 debt issuance transactions across more than 20 countries, with an aggregate value of ≈USD 85 billion. Her responsibilities included transaction structuring, execution coordination, investor engagement and management of internal and external stakeholders.

Yulia has since completed her MBA at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU Abu Dhabi. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from NYU Abu Dhabi, with concentrations in Computer Science and Finance. She is fluent in English and Russian and brings strong experience working with senior stakeholders across capital markets, advisory and regulatory environments.
