Vlad brings over 10 years of international experience spanning corporate finance, strategic advisory, and technology. At KingsRock Advisors, his mandate centres on building a systematic origination platform -  developing strategic relationships, identifying and qualifying opportunities across sectors such as oil and gas, energy transition, technology, and industrials.

Prior to joining KingsRock, Vlad was Co-Founding Partner at Nordein, a London-based investment boutique, where he built and led the firm's sell-side advisory practice, originating and executing mid-market transactions across energy, real estate, and manufacturing. During his tenure, his team secured more than GBP 2 billion of signed advisory mandates across the U.S., Europe, and APAC.

Vlad also served as Head of Special Projects at a single-family-office-backed commodity trading platform operating from Dubai and Singapore. In that role, he originated crude oil and refined products transactions across global markets, structured trade finance solutions, and advised on vessel acquisition financing, including Aframax- and VLCC-class tankers.

Earlier, Vlad founded Musin+Co, a Paris-based venture-building and tech advisory firm supporting corporates and growth-stage startups with product strategy, R&D, and go-to-market. At the start of his career, he launched and scaled several fintech ventures, raising over US$10 million across pre-seed and seed funding rounds.
