Vikas Nanda is a private credit specialist with 20 years international experience in structuring bespoke credit and structured equity solutions. Vikas has a robust track record investing EUR 650m over multiple credit cycles (IRR/MoIC of 30.0%/1,53x since 2008) working for leading credit funds and financial institutions such as P Capital Partners, H.I.G. Bayside Capital, RBS and Bear Stearns, most recently as a Managing Director. His focus is on entrepreneurial and family-owned companies across Northern and Western Europe, particularly the DACH region.

With expertise in identifying hidden value, he customizes credit and structured equity solutions that meet the needs of scale-ups and SMEs, as well as institutional and family-office (co-) investors.

With his deep understanding of risk factors and credit analysis, illiquid asset values, as well as qualitative factors such as governance and management quality, Vikas served on the investment committees at P Capital Partners and his latest venture, Bridge Street Capital.

Vikas also served on the advisory boards of numerous portfolio companies such as DvH, Nobina or Neschen AG as well as on the Coordinating Committees of a number of high-profile in-court and out-of-court restructurings such as Pelican Rouge, Stiga or Catalpa.

He began his 25-year career in the London finance industry in TMT investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Vikas holds a Master’s degree in Business and Finance from the Koblenz School of Corporate Management (WHU).
