Venky is a Managing Partner of KingsRock Advisors based in London and also Mumbai. Venky is also a long time Deutsche Bank alumni who was Head of Deutsche Bank Asia-Pacific Capital Markets & Treasury Solutions, and Co-Head of Asia Corporate Finance.  Most recently he was the founding CEO for Investment Banking and Capital Markets for the InCred Group in India, and is currently Founder and CEO of InCred Insight - an India/UK based technology advisory platform. He was previously also Head of Financial Institutions Debt capital markets at DB in Europe. 

Venky is still on the Board of InCred Capital in India, a company based in Mumbai. He was thew Founder and CEO previously. InCred Capital is an integrated provider of financing solutions and advisory services to corporate and institutional clients through InCred’s capital markets, asset management and investment banking platforms. InCred Capital brings together some of India’s most experienced banking professionals, backed by global and domestic marquee investors to provide world-class products and services.

Venky has over 20 years of experience in Wholesale and Investment Banking, with nearly a decade spent in building and running Indian businesses. Prior to joining InCred Capital, he was Deutsche Bank’s Head of Capital Markets and Treasury Solutions, Asia and Co-Head of Corporate Finance, Asia, based in Singapore - a US$ 1 billion top-line business with 300+ bankers. He was previously the Co-Head of the European Financial Institutions Group with Deutsche Bank in London, and also held senior positions encompassing Structured Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate Finance.
