Tim O’Callaghan is an Investment Banking Analyst. He joined KingsRock in 2025.

Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the College of the Holy Cross, and a master’s degree in management studies from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Tim competed on the Division I men’s lacrosse teams at both Holy Cross and Duke.

While in school, Tim was a volunteer for programs such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Team IMPACT. He was also a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and served as finance career ambassador at Fuqua.
