Tammer is a Managing Director of KingsRock Advisors, LLC and a registered representative of KingsRock Securities, LLC. Tammer is an investment professional focused on Private Capital Markets, advising on bespoke, creative capital solutions for clients and investors. Tammer brings 25 years of experience advising and investing in debt, equity, and hybrid structures for companies and platforms that operate in asset-backed industries.

Tammer focuses on the origination, structuring, underwriting, and placement of Private Capital Market transactions with KingsRock’s network of investor relationships including alternative asset managers, private equity, private credit, banks, sovereigns, and large family offices.

Previously, Tammer was the Managing Partner of Silver Swan Capital, LLC, an investment advisory firm that specialized in sourcing Private Credit investments on behalf of institutional clients. Silver Swan’s capital partners included Guggenheim Partners Investment Management, the $250bn AUM asset manager, where Tammer led a five-year relationship for transaction sourcing which resulted in over $600m of capital deployed.

Previously, Tammer was a Managing Director of the Mallitz Investment Group, a multi-family office that focused on middle-market private credit investing on behalf of ultra-high-net-work individuals. Tammer also served as Managing Director of Metrica Investments, an investment firm focused on private special situations investments in Latin America.

Tammer began his career at Morgan Stanley in mergers and Acquisitions, executing large-cap mergers for corporate clients and financial sponsors.

Tammer holds the FINRA SIE, Series 82, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, with KingsRock Securities LLC, a FINRA Member firm and SIPC, and a wholly owned subsidiary of KingsRock Advisors LLC.

Tammer graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with high distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
