Sudarshan is a Managing Director of KingsRock Advisors, LLC. 

Prior to joining KingsRock, Sudarshan spent 18 years at JP Morgan in various origination, structuring and distribution roles. 

Most recently he was focused on covering financial sponsors, corporates and venture capital firms to transact in the financing and derivatives space.  His expertise in these products spans across both debt and equity related products. 

Sudarshan was instrumental in the build out of the private financing business over the last 10 years at JP Morgan, with a focus on private debt and private equity assets.  He has originated and executed multiple customized transactions spanning several market cycles and periods of volatility.  During his tenure at JP Morgan, he covered clients globally, and was based in New York and London.

Earlier in his career, Sudarshan spent 5 years at Deutsche Bank, in the structured credit and ABS business, in several client facing and structuring roles.  He played an integral part in the innovation and growth of the structured credit and CDO business at Deutsche Bank.

Sudarshan graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Technology degree, and earned an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University, Boston.

Sudarshan will be based in Palo Alto and New York and will focus on private debt, special situations and financing related opportunities.
