Steven Andrews is a Managing Director in the Secondaries Advisory practice at KingsRock Advisors. He brings more than 30 years of Wall Street experience across private capital advisory, structured credit, and alternative financing.

Before joining KingsRock, Mr. Andrews built and led the Financial Advisory business at CastleOak Securities, which encompassed Secondaries Advisory, Private Fund Placement, and M&A.

Previously, he was a Managing Director at RBC Capital Markets, where he held several senior leadership roles. He founded and coheaded Alternative & Private Capital Solutions, working with thirdparty capital providers—primarily sponsors—on originating, structuring, and distributing bilaterally negotiated financing solutions. He also served as Head of Client Coverage for Alternative Finance, playing a key role in driving and expanding the CLO and private credit financing businesses. Concurrently, he developed and led the Sponsor Coverage effort within the Senior Relationship Management group, focusing on private credit opportunities, balance sheet deployment, and crossfirm relationship connectivity.

Mr. Andrews began his career at Salomon Brothers and spent 24 years at Citigroup in a variety of roles, ultimately serving as Co-Head of North American Structured Credit Sales, where he focused on CLOs, synthetic CDOs, financings, and other complex credit structures.

He holds a BA from the University of Maryland and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
