Scott Lampard is a senior financial services executive and corporate director with more than three decades of global banking, capital markets, and insurance leadership experience. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of KEWA Financial Inc. and serves as Chairman of Indemnity National Insurance Company.

From 2015 to 2024, Mr. Lampard was Executive Vice President & Managing Director, Head of Global Banking at HSBC Bank Canada, where he also served as Chief Executive Officer and Chair of HSBC Securities (Canada) Limited and as a Director of HSBC Global Asset Management (Canada) Inc.

Prior to HSBC, he was Chief Country Officer and Managing Director, Head of Global Markets at Deutsche Bank Canada (2010–2015), while also serving as CEO and Chair of Deutsche Bank Securities Limited.

Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Toronto, Hong Kong, and London, including Head of Asia Pacific Global Markets and Head of Private Equity Investment Banking. Mr. Lampard began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he rose to become Managing Director & Global Head of SSA Capital Markets & Trading in London. In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Lampard is an active corporate director. He currently serves on the boards of KEWA Financial Inc., Bruce Financial Holdings, and FutureVault Inc. He is also a Governor of Ridley College, where he chairs the Finance,

Audit, and Human Resources Committee. Mr. Lampard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and is an alumnus of Ridley College.
