Quentin is a senior financial services executive, advisor, and social entrepreneur with over thirty years of leadership across global markets. He has held senior roles at UBS and Deutsche Bank in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, and London, advising top global asset managers on complex financings and cross-border M&A.

He later served as a senior executive at Tetragon Financial Group, a $40 billion alternative asset manager listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Quentin delivers strategic insight across institutional advisory, complex financing structures, and cross-border capital markets.

He founded City Pay it Forward, a charity advancing social mobility by equipping young people with financial literacy, life skills, and real-world career insight through direct engagement with City professionals.

He authored an award-winning financial education textbook distributed to all 21,000 UK primary schools. His programs connect classrooms with the City of London and Wall Street, helping students build financial confidence, practical capabilities, and professional ambition.

He is regularly consulted by government bodies and policy institutes on national financial education strategy in both the US and UK.

Quentin holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
