Nick Milani focuses on business development and origination strategies at KingsRock Advisors, focusing on the systematic approach to deal-sourcing, marketing, and coverage infrastructure that connects growth companies and asset sponsors with the firm's senior banking team.

Prior to KingsRock, Nick was Partner & Chief Operating Officer of Wellington Row Capital, a middle-market capital advisory firm, where he built the firm's origination engine from the ground up — including multi-channel outreach systems, a proprietary deal-scoring and qualification framework, and a data-driven coverage model spanning more than 450 institutional investor relationships across family offices, credit funds, and private equity. His work combined traditional relationship coverage with modern data and automation tooling, enabling a boutique team to evaluate hundreds of opportunities annually across real estate, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, and enterprise technology.

Nick's mandate at KingsRock centers on scaling the firm's origination reach: identifying and qualifying sponsors and corporates, designing the firm's outbound and digital presence, and building the operational systems that move opportunities efficiently from first contact to senior banker engagements.
