Michael has 35 years’ international banking experience.

25 years with Morgan Stanley and BAML as head of European Capital Markets, creating capital funding solutions for clients and an excellent senior network within European Financial institutions, major corporates and institutional investors.

His skills in negotiating and structuring innovative transactions delivered deals for corporates including Tesco, Shell, BP, DT, ENEL, KPN, British Land, Vodafone, Arqiva and institutions such as Prudential, Zurich, Barclays, AXA, RBS, San Paolo, as well as for the UK Treasury and Bank of England.

Joining Stormhabour as a partner in 2014 to lead origination, he led deals for Barclays and Heathrow, later joining Anoa Capital where deals included a $1.5bn deal for Etihad Airways and capital raises in the film, e-gaming and digital advertising sectors including AP/AR procurement. Recent raises include Tradeshift, Gardenia and Data Interconnect.

He has an MA in History from Oxford University.
