Mark Hughes is a full time advisor at KingsRock Advisors, based in London, UK.

He has over a decade of experience in advising and investing, primarily across commercial real estate and private credit transactions. His experience spans institutional advisory, principal investing and capital solutions, with a focus on opportunistic and value-driven transactions. Prior to joining KingsRock, Mark served as a strategic advisor to a leading European real estate group. He previously worked in the United States at Lowe, ACRES Capital and HFF.

Over the course of his career, he has underwritten and evaluated investment opportunities across multiple asset classes, spanning acquisitions, development, structured finance and private credit.

He holds a Bachelor in Global Business and Public Policy from the University of Maryland University College and a Master in Real Estate from Cornell University.
