Jeff is a Managing Director at KingsRock Advisors in London. He has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and business development, with a focus on healthcare and life sciences. He has advised on and executed more than 50 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $12 billion, and has significant experience in equity and debt capital markets.

Jeff began his career with UBS’s Global Healthcare Investment Banking Group in New York before moving to London. He subsequently joined Jefferies, where he advised healthcare clients across Europe and internationally on transactions including company sales, hostile M&A and equity and debt financings.

Jeff later served as Strategy and Business Development Manager at Faruk Holding, one of Iraq’s leading conglomerates, evaluating investment opportunities across healthcare, telecommunications, industrials and other sectors.

Jeff joined The Fulford Group in 2016 soon after its founding, where he was responsible for transaction origination and execution and for managing relationships with clients and prospective buyers. He holds a BA in Economics-Mathematics from Columbia University.
