Jeanette Gorgas is a board director and C-Suite executive with 30+ years of expertise in growth strategy, governance, operations, risk management, mergers & acquisitions, and human capital management. Her unique blend of experience and knowledge of emerging technology has accelerated organizational performance and driven transformational growth in public and private companies, in the U.S. and on an international stage.

Jeanette is a member of the board of directors at Aspiriant, a private and employee-owned wealth management firm, where she chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. She is also a board director for Prosperity Partners, an accounting and tax services firm backed by Unity Partners LP, where she sits on the Compensation Committee, and Granite Comfort, an HVAC holding and services company backed by Tiger Infrastructure Partners LP. Jeanette previously served on the Board of Directors of Delivery Hero (DLVHF), a technology company and one of Germany’s largest public companies, where she chaired the Strategy Committee and was a member of both the Audit and Nominating committees. She also served on the boards of Sunlight Financial (SUNL), a NYSE-listed fintech, where she chaired the Compensation Committee, and Youth INC, where she was a member of the Audit and Nominating & Governance committees.

Jeanette is an Operating Partner at Tiger Infrastructure Partners, and previously served in a multitude of C-Suite roles across various industries, including those of Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Capital Officer. As Chief Strategy Officer at Grant Thornton LLP, she built the Office of Strategy Management and led a team of 65 people in strategic planning and execution, mergers & acquisitions, knowledge management technology, change management and corporate social responsibility. She played a vital role in developing and launching the firm’s innovation platform, and in growing the U.S. firm’s revenues by more than 28% in two years. She held senior roles at Valor Equity Partners, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and Weil, Gotshal & Manges, with ever-increasing responsibilities. Jeanette also served as Senior Associate Dean for Yale University, leading all operational facets of the MBA Program at Yale School of Management.

Jeanette graduated with high honors from London School of Economics with a Master of Science (MSc) in Management. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers’ College School of Business, and attended Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management and Women on Boards programs.
