Herman Bosman is an experienced financial services executive and board chair with extensive leadership experience across banking, insurance, property, investment and listed company governance. 

As an executive, he served as Chief Executive Officer of RMB Holdings and RMI Holdings (2014-2022), Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank South Africa (2006-2013), and Head of Corporate Finance at Rand Merchant Bank (1995-2006).

He is currently chairman of OUTsurance, Fortress Real Estate and MTN Group Fintech (Mobile Money) and serves on the board of MTN Group. He has held several non‑executive directorships, including at RMB Holdings Limited, Discovery Limited, FirstRand Limited and Hastings plc.
