Harsh Jaggi is a Managing Director of KingsRock Advisors, a global investment banking boutique.

Harsh brings 30 years of experience in private markets and institutional capital, with a track record spanning origination, distribution, and principal investing in credit, real assets, and structured finance.

His institutional career includes senior leadership at Citigroup and Deutsche Bank, where he led Structured Credit and Solutions Sales within Citigroup's top-ranked Global Spread Products franchise and served as a senior member of Deutsche Bank's highly regarded structured credit platform.

In both roles he focused on the origination and distribution of private assets in structured finance, asset-backed, commercial real estate, and residential real estate — working extensively on strategic, portfolio, and bespoke solutions for originators with institutional investors and financial sponsors globally.

Earlier roles include structured credit and derivatives sales at Bear Stearns, the CLO group at Merrill Lynch Asset Management, and research positions in CMBS and High Yield Strategy at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Harsh earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering (cum laude) from Texas A&M University and is the Founder of South Asians in Finance & Friends (SAIF), a professional network he has led for over 20 years throughout the financial services industry.
