Guillaume is a specialist in debt products and mergers & acquisitions with over 25 years of international experience. Passionate about innovation, Guillaume is also an active investor in several French fintech and healthcare startups.

He began his career in M&A with BNP Paribas in New York before moving into high-yield bond and leveraged loan origination for LBO transactions in the United States. After joining Citigroup in Hong Kong, Guillaume advised sovereign and corporate issuers across the Asia-Pacific region. Later, as Head of High Yield Bond Origination and Execution for Asia at Deutsche Bank, he led the structuring of complex debt issuances and restructurings throughout Asia.

Following a 13-month circumnavigation by sail, Guillaume returned to France, where he has played a key role in consolidating regulated sectors in Europe through roll-up acquisitions. He also advises mid-sized corporates on strategic and corporate finance matters.

Guillaume is a graduate of IEP Paris and Paris X University and holds the Yachtmaster™ Offshore certification.
