Greg is a Managing Director of KingsRock Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining KingsRock, Greg spent over 25 years in the structured finance business.
He began his career as a tax attorney at Brown & Wood (now Sidley Austin) before switching to banking.
Greg held senior front office positions where he drove business strategy, transaction origination, approvals, and spearheaded execution of multiple strategic transactions at Deutsche Bank, Zurich Capital Markets, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Commerzbank and ORIX Corporation.
Representative transactions include investments in a renewable natural gas community anaerobic digestor, a wind farm, a solar farm portfolio, two refined coal projects and a variety of direct tax credit transfers.
Greg obtained his undergraduate and MBA degrees from the New York University Stern School of Business and his JD and LLM (in taxation) degrees from the New York University School of Law.
Greg is based in New York and will focus on the tax aspects of renewable energy transition provided by the Inflation Reduction Act, as well as related special situations and financing opportunities.
