Gil is a Managing Director with KingsRock Advisors based in New York, and focused on our SPAC related business.

Most recently Gil was a Managing Director at ROTH Capital, and before that was Managing Director at BTIG, and Head of their SPAC Banking and Capital Markets efforts. In that capacity Gil was tasked with sourcing, capital raising, and execution of the Bank’s SPAC Underwriting and Banking Platform.

Previously, Gil held multiple roles at Deutsche Bank, including Managing Director, Head of Global SPAC Sales and Distribution, and Head of North American Capital Introduction.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ottensoser specialized in SPAC underwritings, trading, and related M&A advisory functions as a Co-Founder of Legend Merchant Group.

Mr. Ottensoser earned a BA in economics from Queens College, and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
