Francois-Louis (FL) is a seasoned corporate finance executive with over 30 years of experience leading complex transactions and client relationships across global corporate and investment banking.

He was also for more than 10 years CFO of French reputable banking institutions and has an in-depth understanding of banks financial constraints. He was CFO of the Savings Fund, Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, and also Head of Balance Sheet Management at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts. And Deputy CFO of Le Banque Postale.

He has held senior roles at various banks including Société Générale and Morgan Stanley, advising on high-profile deals in leveraged finance, equity-linked, capital markets. He initiated or structured complex and bespoke transactions both on debt and equity.

He holds a MSc in Mathematics and Physics at École Polytechnique.
