KingsRock Advisors Europe AB is a tied agent of Svensk Värdepappersservice i Stockholm AB, a Swedish investment firm authorized and regulated by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen) under the Swedish Securities Market Act (Sw. lag (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden). 

As a tied agent, KingsRock Advisors Europe AB is authorized to provide the investment services of reception and transmission of orders in relation to one or more financial instruments, and placing of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis.

Svensk Värdepappersservice in Stockholm AB is liable for any pure pecuniary loss caused to the customer by KingsRock Advisors Europe AB within the scope of its role as a tied agent, whether intentionally or through negligence.
