Erik has more than 32 years of experience in asset management, covering both investment management (Fixed Income) and client relationship and sales.

Erik joined DWS, part of the Deutsche Bank Group, in 2019 as Director, Institutional Sales Nordics, a position he held until 2026.

He has extensive knowledge of the Nordic institutional investor landscape and a deep understanding of the needs and priorities of institutional clients across the region.

With a solution-oriented and partnership-driven approach, Erik has advised and supported Nordic investors with a particular focus on alternative investments.

Prior to joining DWS, Erik held various positions at PKA, Carnegie Asset Management, Alm. Brand, and Absalon Capital.

Erik holds a Master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School, with a specialization in Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
