Brian Jalazo is a senior financial services executive with more than two decades of
experience driving capital markets strategies, institutional sales, and operational
transformations across premier global financial institutions and advisory platforms.

He brings extensive expertise in sophisticated trading and market mechanics across
multiple asset classes—including interest rates, FX, equities, and commodities—with a
focus on structured derivatives and institutional risk management frameworks.

Prior to KingsRock, Brian served as Managing Director at Cohen & Company, focusing
on SPAC co-sponsorships, private placements, and alternative asset strategies.

His broader institutional background includes serving as Head of Corporate Debt Capital
Markets and Head of Corporate Sales at BNP Paribas where he directed large-scale
corporate risk management, debt origination, and cross-asset derivatives advisory
franchises.

Beyond capital markets and risk management, Brian has extensive experience advising
on strategic cross-border transactions. Throughout his career, he has led international
deal teams across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, navigating multi-jurisdictional
regulatory frameworks to structure debt, equity, and hybrid financings. His transactional
background spans complex corporate restructurings, bespoke private placements, and
high-velocity deal execution for corporate clients, financial sponsors, and institutional
investors.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University, where he played football and met his wife, Aimee.
