Angelo has more than twenty years of banking and investment experience. He is co-founder and Managing Partner of Keynes Partners, a private financing and investment platform with extensive network and portfolio globally.

Angelo advised some of the most successful companies in the Asia Pacific region in the past two decades. He led many landmark transactions, including the initial public offering of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Agricultural Bank of China (ABC), the largest IPO globally at the time of completion. He also advised PetroChina on its acquisition of Singapore Petroleum Corporation and Hong Kong Stock Exchange's acquisition of London Metals Exchange.

From 2009 to 2018, Angelo held various senior management positions with Deutsche Bank, including Vice Chairman of Greater China Corporate Finance, Head of Asia Structured Finance and High Yield origination.

He was also the designated board member representing Deutsche Bank on its China securities joint venture, Zhong De Securities.

Prior to Deutsche Bank, he worked at Merrill Lynch as Head of Corporate Finance China from 2004 to 2009.

From 2018 to 2023, he was Senior Advisory Partner and Investment Committee voting member for CEIC, a leading venture capital fund specialized in fintech and digitalization.

Angelo is a non-executive director of Vanke Overseas, the international investment platform for China Vanke, leading real estate conglomerate in China.

Angelo graduated from the London Business School with an MBA. He also studied at Cornell University in the United States.
